When you submit a Request for a Callback, one of our care experts will contact you to discuss your specific requirements. Based on the consultation, we assign a caregiver, nurse, or attendant to your location. A service fee applies for the placement.

What services does 24Care@home provide?

Caregiver Services: Assistance for bedridden patients at home with personal care needs.
Nursing Services: Certified nursing care providing comprehensive health support at home.
Attendant Services: Non-medical attendants for elderly or patient care, available on part-time, shift-based, or live-in options.

What does 24Care@home caregiver service include?

Our caregivers offer assistance with:
Bathing, sponging, and toileting
Repositioning bedridden patients
Oral feeding and medication
Light housekeeping and cooking
Note: Caregivers do not handle medical equipment or wound dressing.

How do I pay the caregiver’s salary?

The salary is to be given directly to the caregiver.

What if I am not satisfied with the caregiver? Will 24Care@home provide a replacement?

Yes, if you are not satisfied with the caregiver, contact us immediately. We will provide a prompt replacement to ensure uninterrupted service.

How does 24Care@home ensure the caregivers are trustworthy?

We conduct thorough background checks on all caregivers to ensure reliability and safety before placing them with clients.

How do I renew the service after the initial agreement period?

To extend the service beyond the agreement time, you will need to renew the service charge. Without renewal, the service will be discontinued.

Can I switch services after they have started?

Yes, if your care requirements change, you can switch to a different service. Our team will help with service adjustments and any applicable charges.

Does 24Care@home provide medical equipment for home care?

Currently, 24Care@home does not provide medical equipment as part of our services. However, we have plans to offer this in the near future. We will keep our clients informed once the service becomes available.
